1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing www.hillsbuzz.com or commissioning software engineering services from Hillsbuzz Technologies Private Limited, you agree to abide by these Terms of Service.

2. Software Engineering Engagements

All software development, web application engineering, and technical consulting services are governed by signed Project Scopes of Work (SOW) or Master Service Agreements (MSA) defining deliverables, milestone acceptance criteria, and payment schedules.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

Upon receipt of full payment for agreed milestones, 100% of the custom source code, database architectures, and design assets developed exclusively for the client are assigned to the client without ongoing royalties or vendor lock-in.

4. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, under the jurisdiction of courts in Dehradun, Uttarakhand.
